About the Yarn
I have used both Caron Simply Soft and Caron Simply Soft Tweed. I absolutely love this yarn, itโs one of my favourites to work with. This yarn is a versatile worsted weight and is 97% Acrylic and 3% Viscose, making it durable! You can put this yarn in the washing machine and dryer with ease making it perfect for all kinds of projects. I have used the following colours:

Measured over BLOdc rows using 4.5mm hook.

Pattern Notes
This pattern is written inย UK terms but switchable to US terms below.
Skill Level: Beginner
You will be making the band of the beanie in a flat piece in rows before joining. You will then be working in rounds, joining each round without turning.

Using 4.5mm hook.
Chain 18 (19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26)
Main Hat Section
Turn to work down row ends.
Round 1: Ch 1, dc in each row end. dc.
Change to 5mm hook
Styling
Fold brim in half. I would recommend to place a few stitches through the free edge of the brim and the main hat section for smaller sizes for safety.
