Once I started knitting, I just couldn’t stop! What if I used a self-striping yarn? Or something fuzzy? Do I like the right side or the wrong side better?

Right side, wrong side, and stripes galore!
The Bumble cowl can be worked in one colour, single-round stripes, or two-round stripes, and the right side and wrong side are both great! This gives you lots of options to play with. We wrote all about them here.
For Francine’s cowl, I chose The Farmer’s Daughter Fibers Pishkun in Eagle Eye with Spincycle Yarns Dream State in Close Call, and I worked two round stripes. It was such a delight to watch those colours change!
For Bodhi’s cowl I used Moondrake Co Fuwa Fuwa and Moonspun in Electric Lilac held together, with Spincycle Dream State in Love Spell.
Our favourite stitch
